Glass was the first woman to win nine letters and the first woman to compete on a male varsity team en route to her recieving the All Sports Award as a senior.

Was a star on the tennis teams of 1955 and 1956 and a forward on the women's basketball team for three years.

Glass paved her way to the hall of fame as a fullback and center halfback during four years on the field hockey team.  She was selected to the All-Blue Ridge field hockey team in 1954 and 1955 and was team captain during her final two years.
