Roanoke College

A member of three ODAC Championship teams, McConnell was an NFCA Division III Third-Team All-America and a First-Team NFCA All-Region selection in 2003. A two-time VA SID All-State selection (2003, 05), McConnell was a two-time All-ODAC selection in 2003 and 2005. She was a two-time ODAC All-Tournament team selection in 2004 and & 2005 helping RC to back-to-back league championships and spots in the NCAA Tournament. Upon her graduation, McConnell ranked among the top-10 in eight offensive categories including career hits (179), doubles (35) and RBI (114).
