SALEM, Va. – The 2025 Virginia Sports Information Directors (VaSID) College Division Men's and Women's Outdoor Track & Field All-State teams were announced on Thursday, and Roanoke College had 12 student-athletes featured.
 
The women's team received three first team citations, including both relay teams. Ophelia Ladner was lauded in hurdles, and she was also honored as part of the 4x400 relay squad alongside Mae Kaufman, Maryrose Molina-Shuman and Lindsey Hobin. Additionally, the 4x100 relay quartet of Hobin, Kaufman, Nalonda Henderson and Eleanor Hinckley earned a first team designation.
 
Henderson, Hobin and Molina-Shuman all garnered second team all-state laurels in sprints.
 
Brady Fowler highlighted the Maroons' awardees on the men's side with a pair of first team honors, featuring as an individual in sprints and as part of the 4x100 relay team along with Amari Carter, Drew Bitzer and Bryson Hill.
 
Carter also secured second team honors in sprints. Daniel Graham grabbed a second team nod in hurdles, and Elias Ammon picked up a second team designation in middle distance.
 
At the Old Dominion Athletic Conference outdoor championships in Harrisonburg in April, the Roanoke men placed third and the women finished fourth. Additionally, Ladner, Carter, Fowler and the men's 4x100 relay team all qualified for the NCAA Division III national championships in Geneva, Ohio. Carter and Fowler both earned Second Team All-America honors in the 100m, while Ladner secured Second Team All-America status in the 400m hurdles.
