SALEM, Va. – Max Cardwell ran the second-fastest 400m time in program history, and Elias Ammon also posted a PR time in the mile run at the Camel City competition at the JDL Fast Track.

Notes and Notables

• Max Cardwell set a personal record in the 400m, clocking in at 48.80 seconds to finish eighth in the event. His time, which puts him in second place in the Roanoke record book, currently ranks third in the ODAC and the NCAA South Region and 31st in Division III.

• Elias Ammon's personal-best time of 4:18.67 in the mile led all D3 competitors and was good for 26th place overall. He now ranks seventh in both the conference and the region.
