2024-25 Accolades: Named Second Team All-American after finishing 15th overall in the 100m at the Outdoor NCAA Championships with a time of 10.68...Also part of the 4x100 relay team that qualified for outdoor nationals...Selected to the USTFCCCA All-Region Team for outdoor in the 4x100 relay, 100m, and 200m as well as the 200m during the indoor season...Took home First Team All-State in the outdoor 4x100 relay and both indoor and outdoor sprints...Garnered All-ODAC accolades in the 200m with his first place finish and in the 4x100 relay with a second place finish during the outdoor season...Also was All-ODAC in the indoor season after taking top spot in the 200m...Named ODAC Men’s Track Athlete of the Week for the week of Jan. 8... Part of the team that broke RC’s outdoor 4x100 record at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational with a time of 41.13...Broke his own ODAC Championship Meet record in the indoor 200m with a time of 21.95. 

2023-24: First Team All-American in both the 60 and 200 at the NCAA indoor championships… also earned Second Team All-America honors at the Division III national outdoor meet … USTFCCCA All-Region honoree for both the indoor and outdoor campaigns… Roanoke College Co-Male Outstanding Athlete of the Year… Named to the 2023-24 All-State First Team for indoor... set a new program and ODAC championship meet record (10.35) in the 100 at the conference outdoor event, where he was also part of the victorious 4x100 relay (41.45) … ODAC champion in the 200 (22.01) at the conference indoor championship … also secured All-ODAC laurels in the 60 at the indoor meet (6.85) … broke his own school records in the 60 (6.81), 100 (10.35), and 200 (21.19)

2022-23: ODAC champion in the 100 (10.58), 200 (21.32), and 4x100 (41.22) at the conference outdoor meet, along with the 60 (6.84) and 4x400 (3:24.24) at the indoor event … NCAA qualifier in the 60 during the indoor season, as well as the 100 and 200 during the outdoor campaign … set school records in the 60 and 200 in ODAC championship competition … also established a new Roanoke standard in the 100 (10.51) at the Lee University Last Chance meet

2021-22: Finished second in the 4x100 (41.69) and third in the 100 (10.70) and 4x400 (3:21.74) at the ODAC outdoor championship … won the 4x400 (3:29.58) at the conference indoor meet
