2024-25 Accolades: Named to the CSC Academic All-District Team and the ODAC Spring Sportsmanship Team... Selected to the USTFCCCA Outdoor All-Region Team as a part of the 4x100 relay team...First Team All-State with the outdoor 4x100 relay team...Took third with the 4x100 relay team to earn All-ODAC at the outdoor championships. 

2023-24: Competed with the 4x100 relay at the NCAA Division III outdoor meet … USTFCCCA All-Region pick during the outdoor campaign … earned All-ODAC honors in the 4x100 (47.93) at the conference outdoor championship … scored for the Maroons in the 100 (12.52) at the ODAC outdoor meet and with a career-best mark in the 200 (26.79) at the conference indoor championship … set a career-best in the 400 (1:06.08)

2022-23: Part of 4x100 relay team that finished third at the ODAC outdoor championship (48.52) … set career-bests in the 60 (8.00) … 200 (25.80) ... high jump (1.55m)

2021-22: Set a career-best in the 100 (12.36)

High School: 2021 graduate of Hartford H.S. in White River Junction, Vt. … competed in track and field and soccer … served as soccer and track team captain as a senior … won three state titles in indoor events and three more in outdoor events … two-time New England Championships qualifier … member of National Honor Society
