Head Coach Derek Workman:
"I'm really proud of our women for how hard they've worked all season. They improved a couple spots on last year's team finish at the regional, so we took steps in the right direction! The growth and strides they have made from a fitness standpoint this season have been exciting to see. It wasn't a great day to run PRs, but it was a great day to compete. They did that, and we're excited for track season!"
