2024: Selected to the ODAC Sportsmanship Team...Competed in all six races...Finished 15th at the Pfeiffer University XC Invitational (Sep. 14), running 21:22.0...Also placed 18th at the Eagle Cross Country Challenge (Aug. 30) with a time of 17:27.0...Was Roanoke’s top finisher at the ODAC Championships...Also competed at the NCAA South Region Championships.
2023: Competed in the Queen City Invite 5K (9/15), finishing in 23:54.2 and placing 80th … took 98th in 28:49 at the Roanoke College Invitational 6K (10/13)
2022-23: Ran a career-best time in 5K (23:28.0)
2021-22: Ran season-bests in 6K (26:41.4) … 4K (18:34.6)
High School: 2021 graduate of Tunstall H.S. in Dryfork … competed in cross country, track and field, and softball … named the best all-around track athlete in 2019 … 2-year team captain for cross country … state qualifier in the 300m hurdles … earned all-district and all-region honors in cross country … member of National Honor Society
