Notes and Notables

• Roanoke's 4x400 relay team of Max Cardwell, DeShawn Austin, Brandon Heffinger and Lorenzo Camobreco clocked in at 3:13.46, shaving over three more seconds off of the school record that they set at Lynchburg's Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic last weekend.
• The quartet won their heat and placed fourth overall, finishing ahead of multiple Division I relays – including the host Cavaliers.
• Austin also logged a distance of 6.82m to place 36th overall in the long jump. He finished sixth among Division III performers.

Up Next: Roanoke will compete in the ODAC outdoor track & field championships in Harrisonburg, Va. next weekend.
