2025-26 Accolades: Won the ODAC title as part of both the indoor and outdoor 4x400m relay squads...Also picked up USTFCCCA All-Region accolades in both events...Was a VaSID Second Team All-State honoree in the DMR and both the indoor and outdoor 4x400 relays...Part of the 4x400m relay team that set the ODAC Indoor Championship Meet Record and the outdoor team that set the program record.

2024-25 Accolades: Selected as Indoor Second Team All-State as part of the DMR team...Earned All-ODAC as part of the outdoor 4x400 team with a third-place finish...Also an All-ODAC honoree after placing second with the DMR team at the Indoor ODAC Championships.

2022-23: Part of winning 4x100 relay team at the ODAC outdoor championship (41.22) … also on the 4x400 relay squad that won at the conference indoor meet (3:24.24) and placed second at outdoors (3:22.07) … set season-bests in the 60 (7.40) … 100 (11.55) … 200 (22.46) … 300 (37.57) … 400 (51.32) … 500 (1:10.32)
