2025-26 Accolades: Earned ODAC Outdoor Rookie of the Year...Set the ODAC Championship Meet record in the 400m hurdles with a time of 52.95...Part of the 4x400m relay team that set the ODAC Indoor Championship Meet Record and the outdoor team that set the program record...Also set the program record in the indoor long jump with a leap of 7.02m...Took home USTFCCCA All-Region in the outdoor 400m hurdles, long jump, and 4x400m relay as well as the indoor long jump...Was a VaSID Outdoor Second Team All-State selection in the hurdles and 4x400 relay...Placed first in the outdoor 400m hurdles and 4x400m relay and second in the long jump to earn All-ODAC honors.
Before Roanoke: 5x State Champion...3x All-American.
