FOREST, Va. - Three members of the Roanoke College baseball team were selected to all-conference squads as announced by the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) on Thursday.
Outfielder Parker Stallard was named to the Second Team All-ODAC while infielders Kyle Moshier and Corey Coogan were selected to the Third Team.
Stallard was one of the top hitters for the Maroons this season, leading the squad in runs (36), total bases (81), walks (28), OBP% (.464), slugging (.574), and OPS (1.038). The Salem native tied for the conference lead in stolen bases with 23 as well. Stallard's stolen base mark made him the program's single season leader in the category. He was also notably second on the team in hits (47), home runs (6), and RBIs (33).
Moshier was consistent for Roanoke this season, reaching base in 33 of his 38 games played this season. The sophomore posted a .331 average and topped the team in hits with 54 and co-led with Stallard in total bases at 81. Moshier was also second on the Maroons in slugging (.497), OPS (.913), doubles (11), triples (2), and RBIs (33).
Coogan rounds out the all-conference selections for RC after starting in all but one game on the campaign. Coogan was one of the leading fielders in conference play, locking it down at second base with a .979 fielding percentage. The senior posted 28 runs, 45 hits, 10 doubles, 30 RBIs, 19 walks, and 11 stolen bases on the year.
