Head Coach Derek Workman:
"Really proud of our women – top five all with lifetime bests. We had a top five average today more than a minute faster than at any race last fall.
Sarah Kochanski had a breakout race today for us. Training has been going well, and it's showing each and every week."
Workman on the Green Hill Park course:
"Conditions were excellent today. The newly revamped course is fast. The ground was hard. We had tons of compliments from athletes, coaches and spectators on the new design and how much they liked it. As long as the weather holds up, ODACs should be a fast one!"
