SALEM, Va. - The Roanoke College women's track & field team had multiple Maroons move into the top five of the ODAC in their events during the Finn Pincus Invitational.

Notes and Notables 

• Rebecca Carr, Ophelia Ladner, and Olivia Viers went 1-2-3 in the qualifier for the 60m hurdles. McKenna Riolo joined the trio in the finals as well. 

• Viers led the way in the final at 9.17 seconds, followed by Carr at 9.37, and Ladner at 9.61 to go 2-3-4. Ladner's time was also a new personal best for the senior. 

• Nalonda Henderson and Lindsey Hobin both qualified for the finals in the 60m. Their times of 7.92 and 7.94 in the semis puts them at second and third in the ODAC. Hobin's 7.94 was also a new personal best. Henderson finished third in the finals amongst a DII field. 

• The DMR squad of Ava Wray, Maryrose Molina-Shuman, Allie Gallaher, and Maya Herndon won the event by 22 seconds with a time of 13:31.10. They move into fifth in program history. The squad also currently sits first in the ODAC and fifth in the nation. 

• Wray and Herndon also competed in the mile where they took fourth and fifth with times of 5:40.04 and 5:43.72. They also sit at fourth and fifth in the conference with their performances. 

• Brooke Eichelberger placed seventh in the 3k race with a time of 12:06.18. 

• Viers took sixth in the long jump with a distance of 5.08m. 

• Rylie Nolte placed seventh in the triple jump with a personal best of 10.32m. She also competed in the long jump where she went 4.69m. 

• Sarah Fuchs paced the Maroons in the weight throw, placing sixth with a throw of 14.30m. 

• Meyly Vicente-Guzman took fifth in the 800m with a new personal best time of 2:44.12. 

• Hobin placed third in the 200m with a time of 25.90 and was the top DIII finisher. She now leads the ODAC in the event. 

• Mae Kaufman placed seventh in the 200m with a season best time of 26.91.
