The Lead: A trio of Roanoke runners established new personal-best times in the 200m at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational.
 
Meet Highlights:

• Lindsey Hobin led the way in the 200m, finishing 19th overall and second among Division III competitors with a mark of 25.50 seconds. Eleanor Hinckley came in 34th in 26.32, followed by Mae Kaufman (26.37) in 36th and Nalonda Henderson (26.42) in 38th. The times for Hobin, Kaufman and Henderson all set personal records.
• Those four runners teamed up to place eighth overall in the 4x100 relay, clocking in at 48.82 seconds.
• Henderson finished 23rd in the prelims of the individual 100m, logging a time of 12.75 seconds, while Hinckley placed 41st at 12.98.

Up Next: Roanoke will have athletes in action at both NC State's Raleigh Relays and Lynchburg's Hornet Open next weekend.
