Head Coach Derek Workman: "Really proud of our effort and grit these last couple of days. We had some adversity to battle through this week with sickness and people not able to compete, but they scrapped and clawed for every point and PR. That was a lot of fun to be a part of!"

Up Next: Roanoke will compete at the Shenandoah Final Qualifier next weekend.
