The Lead: The Roanoke College Women's Lacrosse team knocked off John Carroll 16-4 in San Juan, Puerto Rico on Thursday morning.  

How it Happened:

• Roanoke led 10-1 at halftime thanks to a pair goals from Katie Clements, Maggie Lewis and Ellie Armstrong.
• RC would tack on six more goals in the second-half, fueled by four from Armstrong.
• Carly Schoudel finished with eight saves for the Maroons.

Up Next: Roanoke will be back in action on Tuesday at home versus Transylvania at 7:00 p.m.
