FOREST, Va. - The Roanoke College baseball team had three Maroons named to the All-ODAC teams as announced by the conference on Thursday afternoon. 

Michael Hetzel earned a second team nod while Noah Doanaho and Hayden Giordano made the third team. 

Hetzel was one of the top hitters in the league this season. The freshman ranked sixth in the ODAC with a .412 average and 10th in OPS at 1.115. Hetzel also finished eighth in RBIs at 49 and 13th in hits with 56. The designated hitter also finished the year second in single season RBIs and sixth in single season batting average in the program's record books. Hetzel adds the all-conference accolade to the ODAC Offensive Player of the Week honor he earned at the end of April. 

Donaho was right behind Hetzel in most batting categories as the duo helped power the RC offense this season. Donaho finished the campaign with a .364 average, 1.012 OPS, 55 hits, 42 RBIs, and 17 extra base hits. The freshman placed seventh in the conference in home runs with eight which also ties for fourth in single season long balls in Roanoke's record book. 

Giordano continues to be consistent for the Maroons, earning himself third team accolades as a result. After missing roughly a month due to injury, the utility player bounced back to end the year with a .328 average and .986 OPS across 20 appearances. Giordano also added 19 hits, 18 RBIs, and four homers at the plate. Additionally, the junior was an important part of RC's mid-week rotation in the latter portion of the season, going 1-1 on the mound.
