SALEM, Va. - Roanoke has received an at-large berth to the NCAA Division III Men's Lacrosse Championship and the Maroons will host Marymount University (Va.) in a first-round game in Kerr Stadium Wednesday at 4 p.m.
Tickets are $7 for adults, $5 for students and senior citizens and $4 for children under 12. Children under two years old are free.

The winner advances into the second round to play Salisbury University (Md.) at Salisbury on Saturday. RIT and Elmhurst will also square off at Salisbury Saturday.

Roanoke enters the NCAA tournament with a 13-5 overall record. The Maroons finished the season with an 8-2 mark in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference, earning the No. 3 seed in the conference tournament.
RC defeated Virginia Wesleyan 17-4 in the ODAC Quarterfinals Monday but fell to the University of Lynchburg in the semifinals 18-16 Friday.
Julian Kammerman and
Patrick Cullen were named to the All-Tournament Team after producing outstanding offensive numbers in the two games. Cullen finished the conference tournament with 11 goals and one assist while Kammerman posted six goals and seven assists.
Marymount (9-7) earned the Atlantic East Conference's automatic bid, besting Immaculata 11-7 in the tournament title game Saturday. The Saints enter the NCAA Tournament on a six-game winning streak.
The Maroons will be making the 29th NCAA postseason appearance in program history. Roanoke fell to Stevens 10-9 in the second round in Newport News, Va. in 2024. The Maroons reached the Division III championship game in 1992 and advanced to the national semifinals in 2005, 2006 and 2011.
