Notes and Notables
- McKenna Riolo placed eighth in the 400m hurdles with a personal-record time of 1:07.54. Olivia Viers (1:10.54) finished 11th, while Rebecca Carr (1:16.72) landed in 15th place.
- Rylie Nolte logged a height of 2.75m to come in ninth in the pole vault. She also finished 12th overall in the long jump at 4.84m.
- The Maroons' 4x400 relay team of Riolo, Nadira Cantey, Allie Gallaher and Sadie Teer placed ninth in 4:22.38.
- Claudia Disbrow placed 10th overall in the javelin with a distance of 34.81m.
- Three Maroons finished in the Top 10 in the open flight of the 5,000m. Gallaher placed seventh in 19:13.50, followed by Ava Wray (19:30.50) in eighth place and Maya Herndon (19:52.29) in 10th.
- Sarah Fuchs notched an 11th-place performance in the hammer throw with a mark of 39.29m. Bri Marando came in 15th at 36.09m.
- Elizabeth McElfresh's PR time of 14:23.79 was good for the 12th spot in the 3,000m steeplechase.
- Marando placed 13th in the discus with a throw of 34.35m.
- Maryrose Molina-Shuman finished 13th in the 400m at 1:01.38.
- In the 800m, Gallaher came in 13th with a personal-best time of 2:25.78, while Cantey placed 15th at 2:26.64.
- Nalonda Henderson's time of 12.91 seconds was good for the 14th spot in the 100 prelims.
- Riolo finished 15th in the prelims of the 100m hurdles, registering a time of 18.35 seconds.
Up Next: Roanoke will send contingents to a pair of events next weekend, competing at High Point University's VertKlasse Meeting and William & Mary's Colonial Relays.
