FOREST, Va. - The Roanoke College men's volleyball team was chosen to finish second in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) preseason poll as announced on Friday afternoon. 

The Maroons received one first place vote and earned 53 points in the poll. They were 11 points behind first place Randolph-Macon, and six points clear of third place Randolph. 

RC finished second in the regular season last year and made it to the inaugural ODAC Men's Volleyball Championship game against Randolph-Macon. 

Roanoke opens their season this afternoon, taking on the Liberty Club team at 3:00 pm and Lancaster Bible College at 7:00 pm.
