LYNCHBURG, Va. – The Roanoke women's track & field team produced several notable finishes while competing against athletes from across all NCAA divisions at the Liberty Open.

Notes and Notables
- Maya Herndon placed seventh in the 5,000m with a personal-record time of 19:29.37. That mark ranks eighth in program history.
- The Maroons' 4x400 relay team of Lindsey Hobin, Mae Kaufman, Maryrose Molina-Shuman and Ophelia Ladner landed in 13th place overall with a season-best time of 4:01.16, which is good for sixth in Roanoke annals. The quartet finished second among Division III relays in the race, and their mark currently leads the ODAC and ranks third in the South Region.
- Rebecca Carr placed 14th in the high jump with a mark of 1.51m.
- Sarah Fuchs came in 19th in the weight throw, logging a distance of 13.93m. She also finished 25th in the high circle flight of the shot put with a mark of 10.41m.
- Hobin clocked a season-best time of 25.58 seconds to place 26th overall and third among D3 competitors in the 200m. Her mark is the third-fastest in Roanoke history.
- In the 800m, Ava Wray placed 26th with a time of 2:27.99, which ranks 10th all-time for the Maroons. She was followed by Allie Gallaher (2:29.38) in 28th position and Brooke Eichelberger (2:38.09) in 42nd. The performances from Wray and Gallaher are currently slotted third and seventh in the ODAC.
- Wray also paced the Maroons in the mile, finishing 32nd with a personal-record run of 5:31.01. Eichelberger finished 49th overall at 5:51.53.
- In the long jump, Olivia Viers came in 42nd with a leap of 4.77m, and Rylie Nolte placed 45th at 4.70m.
- Molina-Shuman logged a season-best time of 1:01.85 to finish 43rd in the 400m.
- In the low circle flight of the shot put, Bri Marando was 12th with a season-best distance of 9.63m, while Claudia Disbrow placed 16th at 9.07m.
- Viers finished second among Division III athletes and 18th overall in the prelims of the 60m hurdles, coming in at 9.27 seconds.
