How It Happened 

• After a foul in the 18-yard box, the Monarchs converted a penalty kick to go up 1-0 in the first half. 

Notes and Notables 

• RC were ranked #15 in Division III prior to the start of the game by the United Soccer Coaches. 

• Ryan Pidgeon led the team in shots with three. Slate Danforth, Cameron Viator, and Grey Morris all posted multiple shots with two each. 

• Goalkeeper Aidan McHugh registered one save in the contest. 

• The Maroons had the advantage in shots, 17-11, shots on goal, 9-2, and corners, 11-5.
