The Short story: The Roanoke College women's volleyball team dropped its final two matches of the Averett University Cougar Classic Saturday.
Inside the numbers (vs. McMurry):

Emma Catoe hit a team-high 11 kills with four blocks.

Kaci Morrison had eight kills while
Haley Torbert had five.

Raygan Wade had a match-high 29 assists with 11 digs.

Teagan Hubble had 15 digs,
Payten Johnston had 11 and
Sidney Alumbaugh tallied 10.
*Shaely Rogers had 13 kills and 15 digs for McMurry (2-1).
Inside the numbers (vs. Guilford – non-conference match):
*Catoe again paced the team in kills, hitting seven.
*Alumbaugh had six kills and seven digs and
Danica Taylor had five kills.
*Hubble posted 15 digs and Wade compiled 20 assists and three service aces.
*Jillian Mapes had 30 assists for Guilford (3-1).
Catoe and Hubble earned spots on the all-tournament team.
