FOREST, Va. - Roanoke College placed 276 student-athletes on the 2024-25 Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) All-Academic Team as announced by the organization on Wednesday afternoon.
 

Eligibility for the ODAC All-Academic Team is open to any student-athlete that competes in a conference-sponsored sport, regardless of academic class. A student-athlete must achieve at least a 3.25 grade point average for the 24-25 academic year to be considered for an ODAC All-Academic award. 
 

Roanoke placed fifth among ODAC schools in student-athletes on the All-Academic Team. This is the third straight year that RC has placed over 200 Maroons on the team. Roanoke is one of eight teams in the ODAC to surpass the 200 mark this year. 
 

Women's soccer topped all teams in honorees with 24. Men's soccer and women's lacrosse were right behind with 23 each on the team. Wrestling, field hockey, and softball also surpassed the 20+ honoree mark. 10 RC teams had over 70 percent of their team qualify for the All-Academic Team.
