SALEM, Va. - Maddie McDonald and Grace Koutouzis of the Roanoke College women's lacrosse team were selected to the Virginia Sports Information Directors (VaSID) All-State Team as announced by the organization on Wednesday afternoon. 

Both McDonald and Koutouzis were chosen as first team honorees. 

The duo combined for 157 points this season on 103 goals and 54 assists. They also recorded a combined 33 ground balls, 19 caused turnovers, and 117 draw controls. 

The attackers add this accolade to their resumes after picking up multiple awards in May. McDonald was named as a USA Lacrosse Third Team All-American, IWLCA First Team All-Chesapeake Region, and First Team All-ODAC honoree. Koutouzis was an IWLCA Senior All-Star, USA Lacrosse and IWLCA Third Team All-American, IWLCA First Team All-Chesapeake Region, ODAC Offensive Player of the Year, and First Team All-ODAC.
