The Short Story: Three Maroons had hat tricks as the Roanoke College men's lacrosse team rolled to a 23-4 win Wednesday over visiting Shenandoah University in an Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) matchup.
How it happened:
*Roanoke netted the game's first five goals, all by different players. Following an SU tally,
Clayton Bewick posted his second goal of the game to put RC ahead 6-1 after one period.
*Six different players found the back of the net in a 6-1 second period, and the Maroons took a 12-2 lead at halftime.
*It was more of the same in the third, with Roanoke scoring five of the six goals, two from
Patrick Cullen.
*The Maroons closed out the game by outscoring the Hornets 6-1 in the fourth quarter.

Luke Kammerman all had hat tricks.

Anthony Muniz had two goals and
Wyatt Whitlow had a goal and two assists.
