The Short Story: The Roanoke College men's lacrosse team scored the most goals in a single game since the 1993 season Saturday in a 35-8 Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) victory over Virginia Wesleyan University on Senior Day.
The Maroons' goal total Saturday was the second highest in program history, the most came in 1993 when the Maroons scored 40 against Virginia Wesleyan.
Luke Kammerman had three goals and two assists to surpass 400 for his career, and now has 401, moving into the NCAA D3 all-time top 10.
How it happened:
*The Maroons scored 12 times in each the first and second quarters to take a 24-2 lead into halftime.
*RC outscored the Marlins 6-5 in the third period and 5-1 in the fourth.

Griffin Dabbs each had four goals and an assist, while
Dell Vidunas had four tallies.

Wyatt Whitlow and
Aidan Landgraf had two goals and three assists apiece and
Jack Savoie had a hat trick.

Tyler Schmelzer also scored twice.
