SALEM, Va. – Three Roanoke College student-athletes were recognized Tuesday with the release of the of the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District® Men's Basketball Team.

The Maroons honored were: junior Patrick Clevenger, senior Joshua Morse and senior Porter Stanley.

Clevenger, a communications and sports management major, is from Troutville, Va. Morse, from Charlottesville, Va., is a business administration major while Porter, a business major, is from Columbia, S.C.

The 2024-25 Academic All-District® Men's Basketball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
