The Short Story: Dickinson College, ranked No. 14 by USILA this week, took an early 7-0 lead and went on to defeat the Roanoke College men's lacrosse team 14-6 Saturday in non-conference play.
How it happened:
*Dickinson netted the game's first seven goals before
Wyatt Whitlow scored at 6:44 of the second period.
Blake Rieger followed 32 seconds later with a man-up goal to cut the Red Devil lead to 7-2. Dickinson scored the next two goals to go ahead 9-2 at halftime.
*The Red Devils pushed the lead to 11-2 in the third before Whitlow posted his second goal of the game.

Luke Kammerman scored from Whitlow with 5:47 left in the contest.

Patrick Cullen scored in the closing minutes.
