Haylee Gamble placed 15th in the preliminary rounds at the national meet.
Day One Highlights:
- Roanoke's 4x100 relay team of Henderson, Hefferon, Hinckley and Gamble clocked a time of 47.59 seconds in the preliminary rounds of the Division III championship meet, landing in eighth place in their heat and 15th place overall.
- The top eight relay squads advanced to Saturday's final. The Wisconsin-La Crosse quartet of Makenna Zak, Anika Reiland, Taylor Molling and Lauren Jarrett logged the best time in the prelims, coming in at 46.12 seconds.
