The Lead: The 4x100 relay ran a new season-best time as the Roanoke women's track & field team took part in a meet in Ohio.
Meet Highlights:
- The 4x100 relay quartet of Nalonda Henderson, Lindsey Hobin, Eleanor Hinckley and Haylee Gamble finished in 47.21 seconds to claim first place. That time shaved 0.21 seconds off their previous season-best mark of 47.42, set at Monday's meet at Widener.
- Kaitlyn Nguyen posted a mark of 1.59m in the high jump, tying for second place at the meet. She had notched a season-best jump of 1.68m at Widener on Monday.
Up Next: Selections for the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championship meet will be revealed on Friday. The championships will be held from May 23-25 in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
