Event: Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic

The Lead: Brady Fowler won the 200m, and the Roanoke men's track & field team notched a half-dozen Top 5 finishes at the Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic.
 
Meet Highlights:

• Fowler collected another event victory, finishing first in the 200m with a time of 21.19 seconds. Elijah Bolich's mark of 22.08 seconds in the race placed him ninth at the event and eighth in the ODAC this spring.
• Bolich and Fowler teamed up with Bryson Hill and Aidan Spradlin to come in second in the 4x100 relay, clocking a time of 41.66 seconds.
• Dominic McCombs posted a season-best mark of 4.20m in the pole vault, finishing third overall and landing in second place in the conference standings.
• In the 10,000m, Matt Garis placed third overall in 32:17.54, which ranks seventh in the ODAC. Levi Counts finished ninth (34:55.41), and Jake Greenstein landed in 10th (35:47.85).
• In the 110m hurdles, Daniel Graham finished fourth in 15.73 seconds, followed by Davis Neel in fifth at 16.00. Neel's mark is good for sixth in the conference, where Graham currently ranks fourth.
• Joshua Woodley recorded a time of 10:24.51 in the 3,000m steeplechase, placing sixth in the event. His time ranks seventh in the league.
• Jared McIntyre notched a mark of 1.90m in the high jump, tying for sixth over the weekend but landing in second place on the ODAC leaderboard.
• Jim Sarsfield finished seventh in the shot put (12.80m) and eighth in the hammer throw (41.37m).
• Bolich placed eighth in the 100m with a time of 10.88 seconds.
• Dylan Knick finished eighth in the 400m hurdles, completing the race in 1:00.93.

Up Next: The Maroons will compete in the WildCat Twilight at Randolph College next weekend.
