- Lebanon Valley took a 2-1 lead after doubles play. At the top spot, Jacquelyn McBridge and Sarah McComas beat Bella Gustafson and Halle Fernstrum 8-6, while Sarah Kramer and Eliana Shenk notched an 8-4 win over Victoria Rios and Lia Streibich at No. 2. The Maroons claimed a point at No. 3 doubles, where Julia Bassett and Camryn Breedlove defeated Abbey DeLisio and Jenna Miner by an 8-5 count.
- The teams then evenly split the six singles matches, giving the Dutchmen a narrow 5-4 victory.
- Roanoke earned singles wins at No. 3, where Gustafson rallied past Shenk 1-6, 6-4, 10-6; at No. 5, with Rios downing Miner 7-5, 6-2; and at No. 6, where Zane Maiden cruised by Kendall Halsey 6-3, 6-0.
- Lebanon Valley was victorious at No. 1 singles, with McBride besting Streibich 6-3, 6-4; at No. 2, where McComas knocked off Fernstrum 6-0, 6-2; and at No. 4, as Megan Martin secured a 6-1, 6-0 win over Bassett.
