The Lead: The Maroons recorded three Top-5 placements at the Eagles' Doc Jopson Invitational on the second weekend of the outdoor track & field campaign.
 
Meet Highlights:

• Elijah Bolich finished fourth in the 100m, logging a time of 10.84 seconds.
• Dominic McCombs posted a mark of 3.88m to place fourth in the pole vault.
• Davis Neel rounded out the Maroons' Top 5 performers with a fifth-place performance in the 110m hurdles, clocking in at 19.19 seconds.
• In the hammer throw, Jim Sarsfield landed in seventh place with a distance of 44.32m.
• Ian Fellows came in eighth in the 1,500m with a run of 4:13.14.
• Jared McIntyre placed eighth in the high jump with a height of 1.78m.
• The Maroons notched four other Top 12 showings: Bryson Hill was 10th in the 200m (22.73 seconds), Dylan Knick finished 11th in the 400m hurdles (1:01.17), Aidan Vigus came in 12th in the javelin (34.28m), and Fellows placed 12th in the 800m (2:06.12).
