SALEM, Va. - Head coach Erica Brown announced the Roanoke College women's lacrosse 2025 schedule on Tuesday afternoon. 

The Maroons are set for a 17-game regular season with opening day set for Feb. 22 at Kenyon College. The squad doesn't kick off their home slate until the start of ODAC play on March 15th when they take on Averett. 

Roanoke is lined up to compete against six teams that made it to the NCAA tournament last season: St. Mary's College of Maryland (Mar. 1), Rhodes (Mar. 8), Ithaca (Mar. 12), Washington & Lee (Mar. 19), Christopher Newport (Apr. 5), and Shenandoah (Apr. 23). 

The ODAC playoffs are scheduled to take place on April 26th , April 29th, May 2nd, and May 4th. 

"We are looking forward to another extremely challenging season," said Brown. "We are playing some teams we haven't played in a few years, along with some brand-new teams. We are playing six teams that made it to the NCAA's last year and a number of teams that were ranked as well. It will be great to see new faces before we get into ODAC play. The ODAC seems to be stronger than ever this season. So, start to finish the 2025 season will be tough!"
