The Short Story: The Roanoke College men's and women's swimming team scored two big Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) victories Friday evening, sweeping the University of Lynchburg 158-104 in men's action and 157-105 in women's competition.

The Maroon women's team is now 3-0, with a 2-0 mark against conference foes. The RC men's team is 2-0 and 1-0 in the ODAC.  

Top finishes (men):
*Sean Hogan touched the wall first in the 100 back in 52.13 and won the 200 back in 1:59.47. He also won the 200 IM in 2:00.51.
*Peyton Meyer captured the 1000 free in 9:54.57 and the 500 free in 4:46.14.
*Logan Deal won the 100 breast in 58.22 and the 200 breast in 2:12.44.
*Tyler Hill won the 50 free in 21.88 and the 100 fly in 51.48.
*Ryan Franceys won the 200 free in 1:45.51.
*Kellen Drawbaugh finished the 200 fly in 2:00.63 to win the race.

Top finishes (women):
*The 200 medley relay team of Julianna Morrow, Kate Pearson, Bella Cowan and Lily Mullens opened the meet with a win in 1:51.67.
*Carter Satterfield won the 1000 breast in 11:05.57 and the 500 free in 5:22.79.
*Susanna Price finished first in the 200 free in 1:58.20 and the 200 IM in 2:14.22.
*Morrow won the 100 back in 59.59 and the 200 back in 2:11.40.
*Mullens finished first in the 50 free in 24.60.
*Cowan won the 100 fly in 1:00.76.
