The Short story: The Roanoke College men's and women's swimming teams each posted an Old Dominion Athletic Conference victory on Senior Day Saturday afternoon at the Salem YMCA, with the men besting Hampden-Sydney College 207-54 and the women defeating Sweet Briar 185-55.

Women's Highlights:
*The women's 200 medley relay team of Kate Pearson, Carter Satterfield, Julia Byers and Halle Schart started off the meet with a victory in 1:58.90.
*Schart also won the 200 and 500 free in 2:04.14 and 5:34.73, respectively, while Satterfield was first in the 100 free (57.15) and Byers won the 200 breast in 2:42.38.
*Bella Jones won the 1000 free in 11:42.33 and the 100 fly in 1:03.02 and Susanna Price won the 200 fly in 2:15.17 and the 200 IM in 2:16.69.
*Bailey Gallagher finished first in the 100 breast in 1:15.81 and also won the 50 free in 26.13 while Lily Mullins won the 200 back in 2:15.61.
*Schart, Alyssa Vargas, Katie Blankinship and Price teamed up to finish the 400 free relay first in 3:50.33.

Men's winners:
*The 200 medley relay team of Austin Nielsen, Logan Deal, Nicholas Christensen and Dyllan Hartman won in 1:40.58 and the 400 free team of Peyton Meyer, Ethan Brewer, Mack Calvert and Nicholas Cuchna won in 3:22.08.
*Brewer won the 1000 free in 10:09.78 and Cuchna won the 500 free in 5:11.90.
*Hartman was first in the 200 free in 1:55.09 and the 50 free in 22.33.
*Deal captured the 100 breast in 1:00.98 and Morgan Taylor finished first in the 200 breast in 2:20.44.
*Davis Wheeler won the 100 and 200 back in 57.15 and 2:05.93, respectively, and also captured the 200 IM title in 2:04.01.
*Ryan Franceys won the 100 free in 50.39 and Meyer swam a 2:05.49 to win the 200 fly.
