The Maroons would cut the lead to one at 3:36 before the Yellow Jackets scored their first points of the period. The team would play even with the scored tied at a low 17-17 heading into halftime.Â
- There was lots of scoring early in the third with all but five points for RMC and three points for Roanoke scored in the first 2:46 of the quarter as the Yellow Jackets took a 31-24 lead going into the final period.
