Hilaman joined the Roanoke College Athletic Training staff in the fall of 2021. Before joining the staff at Roanoke, Hilaman was employed in a physical therapy clinic in her hometown of Oxford, Pa. Bailee graduated from Lock Haven University (Pennsylvania) in 2020 with a B.S. in Exercise Science and a M.S. in athletic Training. While a student at LHU, Hilaman was in the Athletic training club while holding the office of President for two years.

Hilaman now resides in Salem with her husband, Andrew (AJ) Wirth.
