2016-2017:

In her debut as a Maroon, Martin played in 25 games she averaged 7.4 points, 2.0 assist, and 4.5 rebounds. Coming off a great soccer season, Martin easily adjusted to her new role on the basketball team. With her first game in the Cregger Center she recorded thirteen points, four rebounds, and two steals. Martin continued to contribute to the team weeks later scoring sixteen points against Washington and Lee (1/7) while dishing out four assist, grabbing four rebounds along with two steals. As a freshman Martin recorded her first double-double against a conference opponent Eastern Mennonite (2/4) swishing nineteen points and grabbing twelve rebounds, eleven of those were defensive rebounds. She finished her first year on a high note with fourteen points against a conference opponent Washington and Lee (2/21). She secured five rebounds, four assist, and two steals.
