DiFava joins the softball coaching staff after finishing her five year playing career with the Maroons in 2024. 

The Delaware native became a regular at first base for the Maroons and helped the squad to three NCAA tournament appearances and 122 wins over her career. DiFava tallied 69 hits, 47 runs, and just 24 strikeouts in 305 at-bats. She also was an adept fielder, recording a .980 fielding percentage. DiFava earned ODAC Sportsmanship Team honors for the 2023-24 season.
