Steph Neast

Steph is in her third year as an assistant with the Roanoke College men’s volleyball team in the 2024-25 season.  She began playing volleyball in seventh grade and then played four years at Cumberland Valley High School in Pennsylvania.  She continued her volleyball career at the Division I level at Radford University.  She was a valued member of the 2017 Big South Championship team, earning a trip to Kansas to play in the NCAA tournament. 

While at Radford, she earned multiple awards including first team all conference in 2018, second team all conference in 2017 and 2019, preseason Big South All-Conference team in 2018 and 2019, VaSID Academic All State in 2019, and NSCA All-American in 2020.  She earned a B.S. in Exercise Science in 2020 and continued on to obtain a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2023 from Radford University Carilion. She now practices as an acute care physical therapist in southwest Virginia, helping patients in the hospital regain strength, endurance, and independence.
