Morgan is in her third year as an assistant coach with Roanoke College in the 2024-25 season. She has six years of coaching experience at the high school and club level, coaching at Hidden Valley High School and Roanoke United. She grew up around volleyball, as her mother, Laura Sirbaugh, was the head coach at Shenandoah University for several years. Morgan was a 4-year starter on her Sherando High School Varsity Team and played club with Northern Virginia Volleyball Association. Morgan went to Virginia Tech, where she continued playing volleyball on the club team. Morgan graduated from VT in 2016 with a B.S. in Human Development and went on to get her M.A.Ed. in Counseling. Morgan is now the School Counselor at Green Valley Elementary School in Roanoke VA.
