Biography
2001: Francois had a ‘down' year in 2001, but still ‘managed' to make the ODAC First Team All-Conference squad. Imagine what he can do and where he can take the team if he has the type of season Allison and his staff believes he can have. Francois battled some nagging injuries in 2001, injuries that limited him to 18 matches. In those contests, Francois tallied six goals and eight assists. Francois has some of the best speed and quickness on the team, but more often relies on his superior soccer skills such as his first touch to be a threat. An All-Region selection over the past two seasons, Francois has set himself up to be an All-American pick this year.






2000:The Roanoke attack will again revolve heavily around the play of third year star Francois. Last season, the Springfield, VA native finished second on the team and fourth in the conference in scoring and was a first team All-ODAC selection. When he needs it to be, Francois' speed ranks atop the Maroon charts. He does not, however, rely solely on that quickness. His soccer skills, such as his first touch and his moves with the ball, are among the best in the region. One of the most potent scoring threats in the region as well, expect Francois to again rank close to the top of the league's scoring race. Francois took a step towards national prominence after being named a first team All-Region pick last season.


1999 – started in all but one of 19 matches as a freshman… totaled 20 shots, two goals and one assist for five points… had season-high five shots against Guilford… had three shots and an assist vs. Averett… scored goal in loss to Washington & Lee… in second meeting against the Generals in the ODAC Tournament, had four shots, including a goal in 4-3 win.


Personal - Played soccer and basketball at the Washington International School … was the Most Valuable Player of the soccer team at WIS as a senior.
