2005: honorable mention All-ODAC selection… appeared in 11 matches, starting in eight… held a 0.92 goals against average… .791 save percentage… collected 34 saves and had two shutouts… collected career-high seven saves against Messiah… had three saves and a shutout victory against Ohio Northern… collected six saves vs. Virginia Wesleyan… had three saves in shutout win over Eastern Mennonite in regular season finale against Eastern Mennonite… had four saves against Royals in the ODAC Quarterfinal… had three saves against Emory & Henry.


2003: Second-Team All-ODAC selection in first season with Maroons… started 14 of 16 matches played… held an .83 goals against average… posted a .723 save percentage… collected 34 saves and pitched six shutouts in goal for the Maroons… had five saves in shutout win over Ohio Northern… had four saves in 2-1 win over Washington & Lee… had three saves on four occasions.


Personal: A transfer from Division I Radford University, Thorsen could be one of the best goalies in several years at RC … a good communicator, Thorsen will be able to control the box on services and will keep his defenders in order … his size will also be a major factor in controlling play in the defensive zone.
