Biography

2001: by the end of the 2001 season, Moffett had developed into the most dangerous player on the Maroon squad and one of the deadliest in the nation. By season's-end, Moffett had complied 29 points on 10 goals and nine assists and had also collected First Team All-Conference honors. Moffett's play in crucial situations also makes him a key player for the Maroons. With most of his 2001 regular-season goals coming in league play, Moffett also scored four times in the ODAC postseason tournament, including once in the title match. In addition to his natural ability to find the back of the net, Moffett can also create quality scoring changes for his teammates with his strong play with the ball. With the ball, he is as explosive and as quick as any other player in the nation.


2000 – started 13 of 20 matches… had 31 shots with three goals and six assists for 12 points… scored a goal and dished out an assist in ODAC-win over Bridgewater… had season-high two assists in win over Guilford… scored a goal in ODAC Tournament win over Lynchburg.


1999 – started in all 16 matches played… totaled 24 shots, one goal and three assists for five points… had a season-high four shots vs. Averett… had three shots against Virginia Wesleyan… had assists against Emory & Henry, Bridgewater and Guilford… scored only goal of the season at Maryville.


Personal - Member of the Maryland Olympic Development Program for five years … First Team All-County selection at Laurel High in Maryland.
