Biography

2007: Started in 20 of 21 games...tallied 47 saves in 1,399 minutes...had a save percentage of .712...had four saves vs. Hampden Sydney (10/20)...earned All-ODAC Honorable Mention honors...


 


2005: Rose was the 2004 ODAC Rookie of the Year, but spent last season in a reserve role, playing behind one of the top goalies in the South. Heading into his junior season, Rose will be the top candidate for taking over the starting role in goal. With his size, Rose is excellent on balls in the air and has shown a great stopping ability. With increased playing time as a junior, Rose will again be recognized as one of the top goalies in the region.


 


2004: Rose stepped into the starting lineup after Harper Thorsen went down with a knee injury. Rose immediately created a bit of a ‘controversy' in goal for the Maroons, earning ODAC Rookie of the Year honors in 2004. He made some spectacular saves in goal, posting a .789 save percentage, that with 71 total saves.


 


High School: Selected to the All-State team… selected to the Timesland first-team… member of the State Runner-up team 2001… State Championship team 2002…State Runner-up team 2003.
