Biography

2004: appeared in 15 games for the Maroons… recorded two goals and an assist… was 128-251 from the face-off x recording a .510 percentage, leading the Maroons… collected 63 groundballs… his assist came in the season opener against St. Mary's, and he also tallied five groundballs in the contest…tallied a goal against #17 Lynchburg… his 128 face-off wins in 2004 are ninth all time in a single season.


2003: As a junior, Burke played in 15 of the team's games, missing only an ODAC game at Guilford… he led the Maroons with 122 face-off wins… the midfielder had a career-best 16 face-off wins in a game against Whittier and four other time had double digit face-off victories… he had 62 groundballs, ranking him behind three other teammates… scored two goals in a win over Greensboro and had a goal and an assist in a victory over Catawba.


2002: Burke played in 12 games for the Maroons and was inserted into the starting lineup twice… he recorded seven points on six goals and an assist… one of his six goals was a man-up tally… had his lone multiple point game against Guilford, getting a goal and an assist… went 3-for-5 at the face-off x against Wingate and 2-for-4 versus Whittier.


2001: Played in 13 of RC's 14 games and was listed as a starter in 11 of those contests… scored 21 goals and handed out five assists… scored four times against Whittier… scored nine goals in a span of three games late in the season and had a four-point day(2,2) against Lynchburg… added two helpers against Washington College.
