Roanoke College

Will Perry began his coaching career at Roanoke College in the 2024 season and was promoted to an assistant coach in the summer of 2025.

A two-time USILA All-American goalie at Hampden-Sydney, he was a three-time All-ODAC performer. He started in net for the Tigers from 2021-23 and finished second for the Tigers in single-season saves. Perry graduated from H-SC with a degree in business and economics.

Perry assisted with Bill Pilat’s Goalie School from 2017-18 and 2022-25. He also assisted with the Carolina Miners 2031 from 2023-24 and Valley Select U11 from 2014-16.
